i want to do a job in australia after completing my graduate in b.tech from india. what are the processes in achieving so..???

i will be completing my b.tech degree in mechanical stream from college of engineering and technology, bhubaneshwar. bt dont want to stay in india, so what are the steps to persue a job in australia and get a green card there...?????
