I want to do a job which requires speaking like that of a TV journalist or a radio jockey. Which course should I do?

I passed my 12th in 2013 with 75% in UP state board. Currently, I am doing a Diploma in mechanical engineering which I have no interest in. I am also having year backs in it. Kindly suggest what should I do because I belong to a poor family and have a pressure of job.
