I want to do a one-year post graduate diploma in business management. From where can I do it?

I just completed my B.Com from Bikaner University, and I got 56% overall in B.Com. Now, I have decided for further studies in Australia for MBA, but my agent told me you have less percentage, so you need to do one-year diploma and get 60+ % if you want to go to Australia.
