Post Graduation is mass communication is offered to all Bachelor Degree holders. You need to be Bachelor Degree holder in any stream or branch. Ot can be even engineering kr sciences. Just find out the institution around you or of Your Choice and Approach them as Admission are going on and most of the colleges and Universities are in final stage of admissions.
