I want to do a Phd in Finance. I am currently pursuing my MBA from India. Please tell me which university are good and what are the stipend?

Please tell me a list of university and the application channel. I have already taken a loan which will have around Rs 30000 EMI for next five year. Which universities can provide that kind of stipend or scholarship so that I can support my family (30000 in Rs), do phd as well as pay the loan.
