I want to do a science teaching job in secondary school or college but I have not done B.Ed and have no experience. What should I do?
I've done M.Sc (Hons) in zoology and also trying for CSIR NET in life science.

For teaching in higher secondary school level you need to have done Masters and B.Ed also. For teaching in college you need to clear NET exam after completing Masters. If you want to teach in college there is no need of B.Ed. Regards.
