I want to do any course from foreign but don't want to go there. Any diploma or certificate course in engineering or management. Possible?

I have done B Tech, and Doing PGDBA from SCDL, Pune & M. Tech from UTU, Dehradun. Looking to expand my portfolio. Is it possible to include foreign universities in my portfolio, but no go there? Similarly like SCDL. We fill forms from home and give exam at their attested centers. Thanks
