I want to do B.Arch but I didn't sit in exam of JEE-Mains. I attempted NATA but didn't qualify due to a 1-mark difference. Can I join here?

Without being able to qualify in any of the above exams, you won't get admission in the colleges which offer admission on the basis of these two exams, including IGDTUW. I would suggest you go for private universities which have their own entrances. -
Actually, it is not possible for you to get into this campus without being qualified in JEE and NATA.
