I would advise you to go for B.Tech course rather than B.E.

You can pursue B.E. Civil through on-line distance education course. Sikkim Manipal University offers such course. Please log on to www.smude.edu.in for application, registration, submission of documents, payment of fee, course material and exams- every thing on-line-24x7

As per your information you have two option for doing B.E./B.Tech. first go for part time course and second you go for distance course. Beside above two system you may opt for AMIE course.In my opinion you opt part time B.E./B.Tech. Course. For admission in part time B.E./B.Tech course contact local
