Firstly, I would like to bring it to your notice that these days UGC has banned any professional course being offered by distance mode. As regards part-time, it is normally offered to those who are working and can not find time in regular hours. But unfortunately, the ready-made list is not available. You can check with the administrative staff of any college nearer to where you live or work. -
