I want to do B.ed from a govt. college but through correspondence can you suggest me from where should i do it in Delhi?

I got 82% in graduation .i want to do B.ed from Delhi through correspondence .can you tell me the month of test and all other procedure to get admission and is it worth doing it through correspondence or should i do it regular?correspondence degree will be valid for government job or not?
