I want to do B.Ed, so can you help on the same?

If you want to apply for B.Ed, you can certainly do so, but as far as teaching is concerned, you will be only eligible to apply for teaching in class I-VIII. A graduate with B.Ed is not considered eligible to apply for teaching in Higher Secondary Schools or colleges. As you have mentioned that you want to teach management, the subject is either taught in the higher secondary level or in colleges offering degree programs. So, in order to be eligible to teach in HS level, you must hold a master's degree. Apart from that, you will also have to qualify Teacher Eligibility Test conducted at state as well as national level. National Eligibility Test for Lectureship or the State Eligibility Test for Lectureship, both are conducted under the regulation of University Grant Commission. To be eligible for the test, you will have to score a minimum of 55% in your master's degree examination.
