Dear bhawana, Jammu & kashmir is awarded with grade "A" by the NAAC. NAAC has accredited the Maharishi Dayanand University with "B" so, my suggestion is to go with Jammu & kashmir university, Hope it was of help, Feel free to reply, In case you like my answer choose it as best answer, Wish you
