I want to do B.Tech abroad and my budget is 10 lacs, how should I proceed? I am 12th now.

In this budget, you can't even study in any of the Indian private university and you are thinking of going abroad. But yes, you can study abroad also. For that, you have to apply for different scholarships. Only then you would be able to study abroad in this budget. You can also apply for the dexterity global d2c programme. From there, you can get help about the scholarships. -
10 lacs is quite less to pursue B.Tech from any country abroad, infact, nowadays, normal Indian colleges have the fee around 2 lakhs per year.
