I want to do B.tech in civil but my 12th percentage is very low...I got 46% percentage. i want to know about deemed universities.
I want the deemed universities which give me admssion.

deemed universities are not affiliated by registered universities they are established under UGC act 3 they are autonomous and have own evaluation but at some places they are not valid bcoz of their self syllabus
