I want to do B.Tech in CSE or ECE which college I should choose.
I got 32299 rank in JEE Mains 118 marks in JEE Advanced Got vit Vellore CSE 889 rank in COMEDK (getting CSE in M. S. Ramahia and BMS college ) 258 marks in BITSAT 700 rank in srm.

It depends on your marks, if you have a rank under top 10000 in JEE Advance then you can choose any IIT. If you have 50000 rank in JEE Mains then you can choose NITs and GFTIs.
