What do you mean by B.Tech through Diploma? Do you want to do B.Tech after Diploma in engineering? Your question is bit confusing. You are requested to reframe it.

Generally software engineering courses are offered at graduation and post graduation level. Polytechnic only offers Diploma in computer science or computer engineering.
