Everyone has different parameters to choose a university and I believe LPU is a great choice to study Computer Science. I has many friends from CSE when I was studying my Civil Engineering in LPU. CSE dept. Of LPU is having the highest number of students under a single dept. Being an alumni of LPU I had many friends from CSE and I used to SEE them wearing formal dress almost every day because their placement drives would happen every day in their final year. Most of the students get offers in their third year itself. The placement record of CSE from LPU is phenomenal. Every year LPU breaks its own record in terms of placements. Many giants like Amazon, Interviewbit have offered packages of around 26LPA to LPU students from CSE. VMWARE, Jugnoo, Pegasystems have offered packages of 9LPA to students, many other companies like Wipro, Capgemini, Bosch have offered packages of 6 LPA and the list is endless. The CSE dept. My suggestion for you is Chandigarh University, you know what the university has been the first choice of students for many reasons. The university is gaining awards and recognitions in almost all fields, from getting ranked in QS Rankings to NIRF Rankings, the university is at top everywhere. The department is also awesome, the classrooms, labs and library are modern and well-equipped. The department also holds hackathons, tech clubs and live projects, which give students more chances to learn outside class.
