Dear Kamal, BA is not possible in one year from Recognized Universities. Only Fake Universities Promise you a Degree Like that. I would Suggest you to attend the regular college & Finish it in 3 years time Period. It gives you the Better Knowledge of the Subject & also good Value for the Degree.
