I want to do BA programme from government college (regular) but I have got 55% in 12th. Where should I go?

I live in Delhi NCR. So, please tell me about nearby colleges.

Admission in regular college with 55% will not be possible. Hence, you can opt for a distance course from IGNOU/SOL.
