Of course. There is a college in Bangalore which gives admission if you don't even have a TC of your previous college but for that you need to convince the management a bit more. one of my friend failed in 2 subjects in his PUC but ended up getting a seat in RAMAIAH INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS STUDIES wit
