You can do BBA then MBA in HR, Now a days MBA in Human Resources is a very demanding profession and the demand is likely to increase over time. The basic reason for this is, personnel are the most important part of any organisation, therefore management of the personnel is the most important task to be focused on. A student with an MBA in HR can avail high packages by providing their services in companies. Not only nationally, but the scope of this work is also increasing globally. I can enlist some university for your help -
    Geeta University
    J. D. Birla Institute Kolkata
    Sharda University
Amity International Business School - Noida
    VIT
    SRM

You can directly apply for BBA in HR, and then MBA in HR without doing organizational psychology, as it is totally different course.

Well u dont need to do any other special course, you can rather read books on such topics as every aspect of HR would be fully covered in MBA.
