I want to do BCA but have no knowledge of programming, will it create any problem?

You can start learning everything from Scratch. Just know the logic behind programming and the Syntax of all the programming languages. Basically, you will face a lot of problems initially, but once you get used to programming it will be easy.

It's totally on your wish, if you wish to stay with your parents you can do it hometown or you can go to some other city and do it. Both aren't gonna make much difference.
