I want to do BCA from sikkim manipal university, after that am I eligible for admission in MCA(regular) from pune university.
i have done maths at 12th std.

yes you are eligible for MCA after BCA you can take admission in MCA regular

Yes you will be eligible if you have maths in +2.
However i will advise you to do your BCA from regular if possible because BCA is an entry level course in which you will get the basic knowledge of computers and its related subjects so if your base won't be strong then you will face many p
