I want to do BCA. What would be the fees of the college and placement scenario?

Depends upon college, the fees for BCA can go upto INR 3 Lakhs for 3 years. Guranteed on campus placement is quite tough unless you will work on your skills. Focus to enhance your skills more and also try off campus internships. You'll get the scholarship every year.
