hi shakil, u can do ur BE frm ignou which will be a 6 semester course (fees will be apprx Rs.25000/sem). Or u can do ur BE (elec) from AMIE which is fully recognised by MHRD/UPSC/GATE) Avoid RVD, KSOU as their distance education progs recognition are still not clear with DEC. In my opinion AMIE will be best as it is cheap too and listed in AICTEs institutes of national importance, but will need a lot of efforts frm ur end. All da best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

u can also take admission in b.tech in distance education from different university, but in india no one can give you AICTE approved certificate in distance mode, so you if want a UGC approved Govt univ M.Tech certificate, u can do distance course, for for details about university , you may mail me : ipsita.cutty@gmail.com

You are highly experienced and can do degree course through Distance learning mode from IGNOU, DU, SMU, MDU, EILLM Unuversities etc.after degree n experince u r more valuable.
