I want to do biotechnology or bioinformatics, can you suggest colleges in which the admissions are still open? I'm a student of PCB.

You can go for Delhi University, Panjab University, JNU, BHU for admission to Biotechnology and Bioinformatics course. Detailed information you can get from universities site.
