    Hi,
If you want to pursue your studies in corporate law, then go for higher studies, or else please boil down your preference to specific subject, as corporate law is very vast. These days, certain national law universities are taking out certificate courses on various corporate subjects. You can have a glance on that also.

    Hi Rakesh,
Since you already have a Bachelors in commerce, you can preferably opt for 3-year LLB or 5-year BA LLB from any college and then pursue LLM in Corporate law or in any field of your choice. You can also do a Diploma or certification course on the same, which is offered by many colleges throughout India.

For this, you need to have LLB degree whether 5-year or 3-year. After that, you can do a specialisation i.e LLM in the field of your choice.

You can choose to pursue LLB, after your graduation, and then later you can choose your specialization in whatever field you want.
