The best way to go for cyber security is to do B.Tech in CSE.

You should do B.Tech CSE Cyber Security (4 years UG course). The Major admission in B.Tech CSE are based on ranks obtained in JEE Main. However, few states and Private Universities conduct their own entrance exams for admission purpose.
