I want to do dialysis technician degree or Diploma. What is the scope and eligibility criteria of the same?

Scope of a course in dialysis technology: Dialysis technology graduates find jobs at hospitals (Government or private), clinics or healthcare setups offering dialysis treatment. Usually they work in a team, under the supervision of qualified Doctors and Nurses. Some of the common job profiles available in front of them include- Dialysis technician Dialysis supervisor Dialysis Therapist Dialysis Assistant Completing relevant M.Sc. Courses will help one take on teaching jobs (lecturer or instructor) at institutes offering dialysis technology education or patient education programs. Eligibility Criteria: Basic eligibility criteria to pursue a Dialysis technician course is that candidate should have cleared 10+2 Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects) from a recognised board. Minimum aggregate marks required (if criteria exists) is generally around 45-55% marks. Admission process: Most institutes follow the merit based admission process. Marks scored by students in board examination and/or relevant entrance test (state-wise or institute-wise) are taken into account.
