You should give an entrance exam and bas3ed on the rank, you can get admission for Diploma course.

Give the entrance exam for Diploma of the respective state where you want to enrol yourself and on the basis of the rank, you'll get the college.

After completing class 10th. Appear for the entrance exams. Some institutes may also offer you admission on the basis of SSC percentage.
