Dear Chandan,
Don't Get confused and spoil your career with someone's recommendation like KSOU,LPU. Cause you can't take Technical Programs Like BE/B.Tech through Distance Learning.
Please note that all the universities imparting technical education have been closed down by DEC. And as per law n

There are some universities that are recognized by AICTE and UGC . if you wish to do distance education you can refer these universities like KSOU. Lovely . Sikkim Manipal .

Mr Mishra,
B.Tech in distance education is not a valid one, There is no recognisation for distance education in technical side. Dont get trapped in such universities.
