I want to do double graduation. I have a commerce background. Can I do engineering and BBA abroad?

You seemed to be a bit confused. How can you do engineering and BBA together? It's quite impossible. Try to choose double graduation streams which are relatable to each other. Engineering and BBA are completely different streams. You can go for MBA after doing graduation in engineering.
