I want to do Electrical engineering but I have interest in ethical hacking too. So can I do both courses. Or not.

Electrical engineering have nothing to do with the ethical hacking. In electrical engineering, you have to deal with C, C+ and other electrical subjects. However, if you want to learn you can learn it yourself.
