The fees for B.Sc is less than engineering. You can always do engineering after B.Sc. I would suggest you to try getting good scores and get into IISc, Bangalore for Bachelors in science.

Hello, Yes, you can get the admission in B.Tech after B.Sc but if you are interested in B.Tech then you should go with it. If you want to study further after graduation, then you can apply for IIT JAM after B.Tech or B.Sc. You can check the list of B.Sc courses: https://goo.gl/s8ZxFS

In B.Tech, you will have all the subjects, you will have in B.Sc. Physics. According to me, go for Engineering. It will be much more fruitful. If your score in JEE or class 12th was good, then apply for B.Tech, otherwise go for B.Sc.

I would suggest you to go for B.Tech rather going for B.Sc. It has really good value you will have. Better and good opportunities after your B.Tech degree. Cheers.
