Hi Harshi, It is not necessary to be able to write computer based programme. In order to pursue engineering one must have Science (Physics / Chemistry / Maths / Biology or Economics or any other subject) in 10+2. Students appear for different Engineering Entrance Exams like: 1. IIT - JEE 2. VITE
