I want to do government jobs in banking sector, I had commerce without math in class 12; which UG programme will be beneficial for me?

You can do any programme of degree
But for entrance exam you have to do any additional course
As you have taken commerce in 12th, take B.Com and go further for your studies
You will have to work hard as more competitions increasing year. All the best.
