I would suggest Chandigarh University because they are very serious for their students and for studies also and they never let students to roam outside without any reason and if they found students roaming without any reason then there will be strict actions against students. As the Chandigarh University has a NAAC A+, it also indicates that the process is very much systematic, transparent and organized which always lead to build a confidence amongst the students and parents and increase the positivity in the healthy relation between the parents and university.
