If you are currently pursuing ITI certification that means you are either looking for jobs /career in technical /design or manufacturing field.
A CAD course would offer you training in Catia, Pro-E, 3ds Max etc to build your design skills, esp 3ds Max . There software are in demand by d

CAD/CAM is a Mechanical designing software. CAD is used for designing Mechanical 2D & 3D models with work benches like part modelling, sheet metal designing, Assembly, sketcher, Surface modeling & detailing. There are organizations offering CAD-CAM program. Animation/ Web Design/ Gaming/ VFx/ Graphic Design/ Electronic Media etc are few options in creative segments which use computer aided designing(CAD). CAM is machine oriented. If you are looking for industrial design then go for Auto CA
