i want to do Interior designing and LLB at the same time...is this possible?

Next year i will give CLAT so for one year should i do Interior designing(diploma) or first i do a degree(3 yr) course in it...my family wants that i should do LLB then civil judge EXam but i want to do ID also. top 10 colleges OF LAW? ID is good or LLB? which one will be good for my career?
