In case of supply chain/logistics and operation, the average package starts from INR 3.5 LPA and highest could be INR 4.5 LPA - INR 5 LPA in few cases. But, if you are a fresher you will have to start low and within a span of one to one and half year, the incentives and package may increase for sure

Logistic and Supply Chain is generally a specialization of MBA course. You can take admission in any good college and pursue this specialization. Some institutes do offer specialized courses in these but they are generally Diploma courses, not MBA.
