I want to do M.Sc in mathematics and I have done BE mechanical. Is it possible?

BE mechanical- 6.64 CGPA. Please inform me about the process if there exists because I want to make my career in teaching mathematics.

    Yes, you can pursue M.Sc. In mathematics after completing BE in Mechanical. You need to have a minimum grade point average or percentage in your undergraduate field of study, and you may also have to appear for an entrance exam to get admission into a college of your choice. Other than that I don't see any roadblocks. You should get in touch with the admissions department of the college for their eligibility criteria. Thank you.

The criteria is pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) (with mathematics as a subject) or B.Tech or BE or B.Sc. (engineering) or equivalent. The best colleges for M.Sc.     IMSc (Institute of mathematical sciences)
    Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar
