Yes it is. It is all specialised programme and you will become more employable. Compare to other countries you will be saving one year of your life. The cost will be only 5 to 6 Lacs tution fees. Based on your academic marks you will be given some schorlaship. the living expenses you ahve to show around 5 lacs for visa purpose, which you can earn by doing your part time job, while studying.
