I want to do M.tech From bits pilani under WILP.Is it recognisable as regular degree and how much value it holds compared to regular m.tech.

I am planning to do m.tech from bits pilani through wilp program, is it equivalent to regular m.tech done by bits pilani? How much value does it hold as compared to regular m.tech degree?
