Hi,
M.TECH is a 2 year program. Also regular mode is preferable over distance.
However, if at all you are willing to go for a distance program, then you may consider the following institutes-
1. Institute of Engineering & Management Studies
2. Institute of Technical and Professional Studies

No. First of all M.Tech. duration is 2 years and secondly, it is not available through correspondence from any of AICTE approved institutions, whether private or government.
