    It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your M.Tech in power plant engineering albeit as a part time course. However for majority of the colleges offering such part time courses a person needs to attend classes in the evening or night and longer duration classes over the weekend. This intern means that the college has to be in a place where you are working. I would therefore advise you to find out which colleges offer this particular branch in the place where you are working and then please approach them to find out if they are conducting part time courses.
