I want to do master in embedded systems after ECE engineering. From where I should do or is any other better institute for this course.

You can appear for GATE and can get admission in top IITs or NITs to pursue your Masters. Else, you can apply for top private institute entrances like VIT and BITS to pursue Masters which accept GATE score and even has their personal entrance test.
