5 years agoYou can crack GATE civil exam and by obtaining good marks in the same, you can take a college after the counselling of B.Tech. -
Look, first of all, for M.Tech/ME admission, you have to pass B.tech/BE with 60% marks. This is the basic criteria which you need for any college admission. You check this website for more details if you did not find an article on the website just tell me:

And, if you are interested to ME in structure, then go for following colleges:
1) MSU
2) Nirma
3) BVM
4) Bits Pilani
5) LD
If you want to do master in CPM, then go for NICMAR and CEPT university. As I know, right now, CEPT and NICMAR admission was done in last week. So, you have to select any one college from the above I mentioned. -
