i want to do masters in general surgery in low cost plz guide me in middle east or in european countries

what is the name of college and to which university it is affiliated what will be the total expenditure of course, and whether it is recognised by MCI of india, or what to do after comming to india to work as registerer or surgeon,how much time to get permenant registeration there.
