Yes, you need to apply with all necessary documents.

Again as said varies from each bank to the other. For Indian students pursuing degree within India, loan sanctioned will be upto Rs 10 lakhs. The same Indian student wishes to pursue degree outside India, bank would sanction loan upto Rs 20 lakhs.
